A guide to connecting, using, and removing the Zoom integration on DolphinParents.
– A valid Zoom account (Zoom requires users to be 16 years of age or older)
– A DolphinParents account at app.dolphinparents.com
– Permission to connect apps in your Zoom account settings (check with your Zoom administrator if unsure)

Once Zoom is connected, the following features are available across all session types on DolphinParents.
IMPORTANT: The only way to disconnect Zoom from DolphinParents is from within the DolphinParents app at app.dolphinparents.com. There is no Zoom Marketplace workflow required. Users do not need to visit the Zoom Marketplace to remove this integration.
Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to marketplace.zoom.us
Click Manage in the top right corner
Click Added Apps on the left sidebar
Find Dolphin Parents and click Remove
When removed via Zoom Marketplace, DolphinParents receives an automatic deauthorization notification and immediately invalidates your OAuth tokens. The result is identical to disconnecting from within DolphinParents — no further action is required on your end.
