This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and S-ais LLC, doing business as DolphinParents.com (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), governing your access to and use of the DolphinParents mobile application (“App”) and web platform (“Web App”) (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, registering for, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

Appropriate Conduct and Content:
You agree to maintain respectful and lawful behavior while using the Services. You may not use any feature of the platform (including messages, notes, posts, or uploaded content) to:
The Company reserves the right to monitor, suspend, or remove any user accounts, sessions, or content that violates these community standards or poses a risk to minors, educational integrity, or platform safety.
The Services may collect limited personal and educational information (such as name, email, grade, GPA, counselor notes, and activity data) to enable their features.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
We may release updates or new features periodically. Such updates may install automatically or require your consent. This Agreement applies to all updates unless replaced by a new agreement.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate it at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Services. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will automatically cease.
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non- infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
The Services, including AskDolphin.ai and other AI-driven tools, may provide guidance, insights, or recommendations generated using artificial intelligence or publicly available data sources (including government databases, educational institutions, and third-party APIs).
While we strive to maintain accuracy and relevance, AI responses may contain factual errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Use of AskDolphin.ai or any AI-powered feature constitutes your acknowledgment that these tools are advisory in nature and do not substitute for professional counseling, institutional advice, or verified data sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that:
All content, features, and code within the Services (including text, graphics, AI models, workflows, and progress visualization logic) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You agree not to copy, extract, export, or reproduce any content or data, whether manually or through automated methods (including scraping, harvesting, or data mining).
We actively monitor system usage and may employ technical and legal measures to detect and prevent unauthorized access, scraping, or data collection activities. Violations may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the Services. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
